世界貿易組織(World Trade Organization, WTO)是維持國際經濟和貿易體系的支柱之一，它建立了基於規則的方法來連結 164 個成員國之間的貿易關係。 台灣身為WTO第144個成員國，為了解台灣未來經貿的發展，學生需要對世貿組織的規則和原則有充分的了解。 本課程將概述世貿組織的實質規則和製度安排。 該課程還將介紹世貿組織法律的關鍵問題以及該組織目前面臨的挑戰。
The World Trade Organization (WTO) is one of the pillars supporting the international economic and trade system. It has established a rules-based framework to govern trade relations among its 166 member countries. As the 144th member of the WTO, Taiwanese students must understand the organization's rules and principles to navigate Taiwan's future economic and trade development. This course will provide an overview of the substantive rules and institutional arrangements of the WTO. It will also introduce key legal issues in WTO law as well as the current challenges facing the organization

The course will follow the structure of the World Trade Organization to introduce its relevant principles and regulations, aiming to enhance students’ ability to analyze international political and economic conditions as well as international legal frameworks.
