摘要

Emotional issues are challenges that every individual must face and learn throughout their lives. However, there is a lack of systematic exploration of this topic in school education. Moreover, this issue cannot be fully understood through cognition alone; it requires the integration of knowledge, understanding, reflection on personal experiences, application, analysis, and evaluation in order to internalize as personal values and beneficial behavioral patterns.


This course adopts various teaching strategies, including lectures, guided questions, book reading, data collection, psychological assessments, personal experience reflection, case studies (presented through scenarios or discussions on current issues), expert/host discussions, and dialogues. In addition to lecture-based teaching, the course employs methods such as exploratory and experiential learning to encourage students to reflect on their own emotional experiences and address relevant issues from diverse perspectives. By doing so, students can explore and understand themselves, reflect on their emotional values and gender consciousness, learn interpersonal communication skills, and develop the ability to establish and maintain healthy emotional relationships, which can be applied in daily life.


本次國際班課程以國際推廣為目的,只設置一次測驗作為通過標準,且與一般課程不同,並無發行證書。

The international class curriculum for this session is designed for international promotion purposes, and only one test is set as the passing criterion. It is different from regular courses and does not issue certificates.


課程目標

The main goal of this course is to help students explore issues related to emotions in life, enhance their self-understanding, self-acceptance, and self-affirmation, increase their awareness of interpersonal relationships, and reflect on the significance and value of emotions in individual lives. Additionally, students will learn to develop, maintain, and enhance communication, negotiation, and emotional management skills. Alongside these personal aspects, students will also understand the relationship between emotions and societal cultural contexts, as well as legal aspects, allowing them to develop healthy emotional relationships that are of high quality, equality, and responsibility, and love themselves and others.

It is preferable for learners of this course to have a basic understanding of psychological concepts. However, anyone with an interest and willingness to invest time, take action, and actively engage with emotional issues in their current lives is suitable to take this course.
