บทคัดย่อ

The concept of a quantum computer was first proposed in 1981. After more than three decades of research, cloud-based quantum computers became publicly accessible in 2016, opening new possibilities for quantum-computing applications. Over the past several decades, the United States, the European Union, Japan, and China have launched major national initiatives to advance quantum technology. In recent years, every leading global power has invested substantial resources in this field. But what exactly
is a quantum? How did humanity discover the quantum world? Why are countries investing so heavily in quantum technology? How might quantum technology change our everyday lives? And what is the Second Quantum Revolution proposed by the European Union? This course will explore each of these questions and reveal the science behind the mystery.

 

1981年量子電腦被第一次提及,科學家花了30多年在2016年讓量子電腦可以供世界所有人雲端操作,開啟了量子運算應用的可能。而這幾十年來美國、歐盟、日本、中國紛紛提出國家型大型計畫發展量子科技,近年來世界強國更是無一不投入大量的資源發展量子科技,那麼量子到底是什麼?人類怎麼知道有量子?為什麼世界各國投入這麼多資源在量子科技上?量子將可能影響我們哪些生活習慣?歐盟提出的二次量子革命又是什麼?在這門課都會一一揭開其神秘的面紗。

จุดมุ่งหมายรายวิชา

Learners will develop a quantum perspective by examining the historical development of quantum theory, philosophical approaches, and modern physics experiments, while also building familiarity with the mathematical tools used in the field.

歷史發展、哲學思維開始搭配近代物理實驗建立起量子思維,並建立起適合的數學工具。

This seven-week course provides weekly video lectures and quizzes, followed by a final examination to assess learning outcomes.

เกณฑ์การให้คะแนน

Unit Quizzes: 60% of the final grade

An online quiz is administered at the end of each unit.

Final Examination: 40% of the final grade

The online final examination covers Units 1 through 6.

平時測驗:佔總成績 60 %

              每單元結束後進行線上測驗。

期末考:佔總成績 40%

              範圍從單元1到單元6,進行線上測驗。
