The course will also take you on a tour of Taiwanese culture, placing the Mandarin language in the context of the daily life of the island.

This course is organised into 4 everyday topics to help you get familiar with Mandarin at a beginner level:
This is a fully online course that you can study at your own pace.
Over 4 weeks (about 1 hour per week), each unit combines short video lessons with interactive activities and quizzes to help you practise everyday Mandarin.
Learners are assessed through the quizzes and activities in each unit. To complete the course, please finish all course units and quizzes.
This course may require the basic concepts of Mandarin pronunciation, since it begins with useful conversations from daily life. Beginners are warmly welcome.
