本課程透過多語對話與文化比較，引導學生探索中華與台灣文化的多樣性，並深入理解其與日本文化交融下所展現的獨特文化面貌。課程涵蓋飲食文化、非物質文化遺產、節慶與建築風格、中藥文化、在地工藝等主題，結合新莊地區的文化場域進行田野調查與個案分析。學生將透過線上閱讀、影音教材等，發展文化理解與跨語言表達能力。課程強調自我學習與創意思考，提供豐富的學習資源。教學設計融合跨域合作、地方創生、數位溝通等元素，培養學生文化素養、問題解決力與國際視野，適合語言、文化、教育及傳播等相關背景學生修習。

This course uses cross-cultural comparison to guide students in exploring the diversity of Chinese and Taiwanese cultures, with a particular focus on the unique cultural expressions shaped by the integration of Taiwanese and Japanese cultures. Topics include culinary culture, intangible cultural heritage, festivals and architectural styles, traditional Chinese medicine culture, and local crafts. The course incorporates field studies and case analyses in cultural sites within the Xinzhuang area.
Through online readings, multimedia materials, and other resources, students will develop cultural understanding and cross-linguistic expression skills. Emphasizing self-directed learning and creative thinking, the course provides abundant learning materials. Its instructional design integrates cross-disciplinary collaboration, local revitalization, and digital communication, fostering students’ cultural literacy, problem-solving skills, and global perspective. The course is suitable for students with backgrounds in language, culture, education, communication, and related fields.
Gain an in-depth understanding of the diversity of Chinese and Taiwanese cultures, and explore Taiwan’s unique cultural characteristics formed through the blending of Taiwanese and Japanese cultures in a multicultural context.
