Penjelasan

當今全球化與多元文化交織的世界中,能夠適應跨文化環境並進行有效協商,已成為未來專業人才不可或缺的關鍵能力。本課程旨在培養學生的「文化職能」與「實務談判策略」,使其能自信而精準地跨越文化界線進行溝通與合作。

課程將帶領學生探討跨文化溝通的基本概念,深入了解多元世界文化,並掌握文化規範與價值觀如何影響談判風格與期望。課程內容結合理論框架、跨文化比較分析與真實商業案例,協助學生建立談判時的策略思維,無論面對高風險商業交易或日常互動,皆能從容應對。

透過互動式活動、案例分析與角色扮演模擬,學生不僅能拓展國際視野,更能掌握價值創造、說服技巧與衝突解決的原則。修習本課程後,學生將具備在多元文化與專業情境中,有效且合乎倫理地進行談判的能力。

In today’s globalized and multicultural world, the ability to navigate cross-cultural environments and conduct effective negotiations is an essential skill for future professionals. This course is designed to equip students with both cultural intelligence and practical negotiation strategies, enabling them to communicate and collaborate across cultural boundaries with confidence and precision.

Students will explore the foundations of intercultural communication, gain insights into diverse world cultures, and understand how cultural norms and values shape negotiation styles and expectations. The course blends theoretical frameworks, comparative cultural analysis, and real-world business cases to help students develop a strategic mindset at the negotiation table—whether in high-stakes business deals or everyday interactions.

Through interactive activities, case studies, and simulations (role play), students will not only enhance their global vision but also master the principles of value creation, persuasion, and conflict resolution. By the end of the course, students will have the skills to negotiate effectively and ethically in a variety of cultural and professional contexts.

Tujuan kursus

1.了解跨文化溝通的基本概念,並深入掌握多元文化中的規範與價值觀如何影響談判風格與期望。

2.結合理論框架、比較分析與真實商業案例,建立談判時的策略思維,以因應不同情境。

3.掌握價值創造、說服與衝突解決的原則,以因應高風險商業交易或日常互動中的挑戰。培養在多元文化與專業情境中有效且合乎倫理地進行談判的能力。

胡碧嬋老師


胡碧嬋老師任教於天主教輔仁大學跨文化研究所;

專長為國際商務談判、財經法律翻譯、法律語言學、法律口筆譯和醫療口筆譯;研究重點為財經法律語言與翻譯,涵蓋法律語言學,法律翻譯的理論與實務挑戰;同時,她亦關注法庭言談中的角色互動與權力關係。整體而言,她的研究兼具語言學、翻譯學與法律學的跨領域特質,強調理論探討與實務應用的結合。此國際談判課程是胡老師教授多年的特色課程之一。

 


李欣欣老師


李欣欣老師任教於國立台北商業大學國際商務系,

專長為國際商務英語會話暨禮儀、跨⽂化商務溝通、國際商業談判英語等等。李老師多年教授跨文化商務溝通,結合理論架構與實務。
