Summary

本課程將闡述使用者經驗的基本概念,透過以使用者為導向之設計學習,讓學生學會設計運用需考慮到以人為本的特質,並藉由研究調查與設計等兩個階段,讓學生學習使用者經驗設計的專業技能:首先研究調查階段,本課程介紹脈絡洞察、行為塑模法、親和圖法等工具,目的在引導同學如何透過脈絡洞察進行使用者經驗的觀察,並以行為塑模法整理觀察所得的行為資料,再以親和圖法分析出其間的研究重點;在設計階段中,本課程則教授人物角色原型、體驗旅程等工具,目的在利用人物角色誌勾勒使用者的態樣,體驗旅程建構則是用以設計使用者的體驗流程。透過前述的兩個階段與五個工具,期望能讓修課的同學學習到如何瞭解使用者,並為使用者設計合適的經驗。
